Nigeria: Isaac, winner of Bank PHB’s Apprentice Africa
June 28, 2008 by bunmi · Leave a Comment

How do you feel winning?
I am highly elated to be the first Apprentice Africa. I thank God for that.
What was your Strategy?
Sincerely speaking, I wouldn’t say I had a grand strategy how to play the game. This is because one cannot pretend about his true character for long. I was myself and put in my professional best in every task that was given. I spent a lot of time listening to people rather than talking. That helped me understand every contestant very well, knowing the strength and weakness of their temperaments. I therefore was able to relate to them very well as a team player. No wonder I was never taken to the boardroom by any Project Manager as the weakest link.
Give us an insight into your philosophy
I believe I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I respect every human being and because of that I command respect and believe in professionalism, integrity, honour and passion as my core values to success.
