In fulfillment of his promise to enforce transparency and accountability in the oil sector, President Goodluck Jonathan has appointed Mr Nuhu Ribadu, pioneer chairman
of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) as the head of a Petroleum Revenue Special Task Force set up by the Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs Diezani Alison-Madueke.
