A Travel agency having its office at Victoria Island, Lagos is expanding & restructuring her business services, and thus looking for young, reliable, diligent individuals with good inter-personal skills for the following position: TRAVEL SERVICES SUPERVISOR SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and ensure operation success of the day to day activities of the Agency
• Develop and maintain strategic customer feedback system for the agency
• Maintain cordial business relationship with airlines and other business associates in the travels and tours industry
• Develop and implement agency business strategy with MD’s approval
• Any other related job as authorized;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Expected to have GOOD knowledge Air Travel Agency Services;
• Must be able to work extensively on AMADEUS & the Internet;
• Must be a good team player & ready to work under supervision;
• Work Experiences & qualifications in related business will be an advantage;
• Candidate must posses at least a university degree or equivalent in any discipline as related to the field of Business or Social Science.
