On Monday the 14th of January 2013, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC will exculpate Mr. Mato Dary Dogara, the Deputy Speaker of Kaduna State House of Assembly in front of a Federal High Court in Kaduna.

The former Chairman of Lere Local Government Area, Kaduna State, Kabiru Tahir Malali and the present Treasurer, Ahmed Yahaya will also be arraigned next to the Deputy Speaker on a charge of six counts on the criminal diversion of funds as well as contract over invoicing.

The Deputy Speaker was a former commisioner of the State, as well as a former chairman of Lere Local Government Area
