The EFCC has sent out a wanted declaration on a former House of Representatives member, Chief Gbineje Obukowho Napoleon on fraud related issues including altering and diverting the transfer of the sum of N281,000,000 to a ghost account. The former lawmaker hails from Delta State and represents Uvwie, Sapele and Okpe Constituency of the State.

According to the EFCC, he was sent repeated invitations to appear at the commissions office, of which he out-rightly turned down, and is presently no where to be found.

For the sake of identification, the suspect is said to be light in complexion, 46 years old and speaks fluent English and Urhobo. Addresses belonging to the former House of Rep. member include, Business address –  No. 23A Otumba Adeleke Adeshina Street, Lekki Phase 11, Victoria Island Lagos; Residential address - Plot 1 Ogumbo Road, Olonkonla Close, near Aja, Lagos.

Anyone having useful information regarding the present location of the suspect is to report at the nearest Police station or any of the EFCC office in Abuja, Lagos, Kano, Enugu, Port Harcourt.
