If indications are anything to go by, 2013 is set to be a busy year in the Nigerian music scene as several notable artistes have already dropped new singles and music videos.

Earlier in the month, Flavour released a video for the song ‘Shake’ shortly after which Olu Maintain released a video teaser for ‘Hypnotise Me’ in which he featured Olivia of G-Unit. The ‘Yahooze’ crooner is set to hit the scene in a big way following the announcement of his collaboration with the international act. Also on the list of new videos is Skales who released a video for the song ‘My Baby’. Perhaps the biggest announcement is the single from Wande Coal featuring Don Jazzy titled ‘The Kick’. The duo who are authorities in the Nigerian music scene and known for constantly churning out club bangers are expected to dominate the chats with the single.
