Centage Repackages Rent Account for Tenants

In a bid to make shelter affordable to average Nigerians, Centage Savings and Loans limited has repackaged its rent account product called ‘the Centage Rent Account.’
This product is aimed at providing shelter for those who can not afford to build or buy houses.
A prospective beneficiary might not necessarily own an account with bank. Just 30% down payment of the rent would make the bank complete the70% balance.
The loan attracts only 19% interest rate per annum.
According to the Managing Director, Johnson Gabriel the product is purely a credit facility and is designed for tenants.
