Deap Capitals Lists Shares on NSE

As part of its efforts to boost its operations Deap Capital Management and Trust (Deap) Plc has introduced its stocks on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

One billion ordinary shares at N2.90k per share were listed on the 17th December 2007. At the close of the day the shares appreciated by 14K to close at N3.02K.

The Managing Director, Mr. Emmanuel Ugboh said the company recorded impressive financial performance and broke even with the first six months of its operations.

He said the company had recorded profit, and had issued bonus shares twice within four years.

He also stated that the company had 121% over subscription in 2007 initial public offer.

Meanwhile, Deap Capital is poised to building a unique financial super market with diversified services of income and asset under management above N3billion for the company nd clients from total assets of |N520million in 2005.
