Emirates Airline Launches Website for Customer Care

Emirates Airlines has shown its commitment to serving its customers better and conveniently by launching a website which will cater for all their flight needs without visiting the office of the Airline Company. It is www.emirates.com/ng.
The new version of its website has lot of packages which includes the Country and Language Selection whereby customers can access information through the following languages; Korean, Japanese, German, Chinese (Mandarin), Portuguese, French, English, Italian and Russian.
The website is designed with flight fare calendar through which can determine a fare over a period of seven day for inbound and outbound flights. It also has such features that are designed for Nigerian users to make their flight plans and preparation.
Emirates website also allows customers to make or change all sort of bookings. Including the ones made through travel agents and Emirates offices.
Emirates Manager in Nigeria, Hafeez said the new website would help add value to its customers.
