HiTV to Launch Service at Asaba on Friday

As the first indigenous TV pay in Nigeria, HiTV, continues to mark its first anniversary, the TV entertainment and informative channel has announced its plans to launch its service in Asaba, Delta State on February 29, 2008.
Mr. Toyin Subair, Managing Director, HiTV, said the launching is coming after the success achieved at the Kaduna service launch recently and as part of the company’s effort to provide Nigerians with quality TV entertainment programmes.
Subair said in addition to the 25 channels available on DTH and DHT platforms and the recently added 4 channels, the TV Company’s channels will soon include BBC World, CNBC Africa, MTV Base and Nigezie.
He finally said HiTV is making plans to ensure service delivery to every part of Nigeria irrespective of the geographical location. The newly added channels include; Arab Radio and Television Network, Nickelodeon, Love World TV and Primetime Africa.
