Nigeria: Oceanic Takes Healthcare Programme to Oyo State

In order to provide an effective health care service to Nigerians, Oceanic Health Management Limited, a division of Oceanic Bank International Plc has made known its plans to introduce a community health insurance programme in primary, secondary and tertiary divisions.
The Oceanic Management Health Limited was established on the 19th of Jan 2007, to promote a health management service to Nigerians.
At a workshop in Ibadan recently, the group Managing Director of Oceanic Insurance Group, Lafor Olateru-Olagbegi, who represented the Chairman of Oceanic Group, Cecilia Ibru, explained the ways in which Oceanic Health could partner with the Oyo State Council on health to ensure an effective and affordable health service delivery in its administration.
Lafor added that Oceanic Health is committed towards improving the standard of life of residents who live in rural areas, the unemployed, retirees, prisoners and other.
