Nigeria: Oasis Insurance Gets New MD

Mr. Babatunde Oshadiya, has been appointed the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Oasis Insurance Plc.
Until his new office, Oshadiya was the Executive Director of Oasis for a year and 2 months but was the MD of ACEN Insurance Plc before joining Oasis.
Oshadiya who took over from Mr. Segun Durojaiye upon resignation last week, is a graduate of Insurance from the University of Lagos, with experience in the insurance industry spanning over 2 decades. He is also an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and Nigeria (ACII) and (ACIIN) respectively.
He had worked with Hapatomah Insurance Brokers in Jos, Insurance Department Federal Ministry of Finance (now Naicom), Nem Insurance Plc, Metropolitan General Insurance and ACEN Insurance.
Upon resumption into a new office, Oshadiya promised that the company will continue to improve in terms of capital base, customer base, innovative product unveiling and branch network expansion to Onitsha, Calabar, Warri, Aba and other cities soon.
