Virgin Nigeria Appoints Director of Human Resources

The prominent indigenous aircraft in Nigeria, Virgin Nigeria Limited, has appointed Bola Olajomi-Otubu as the Director of Human Resources to head the human resources department towards the quality, productivity and superior workforce of the company.
Bola Olajomi-Otubu has over 10 years of experience from a trainee to senior positions in several multinationals and banks. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Masters Degree in Industrial and organisational Psychology both from the University of Ibadan. She also has an M.Sc in the International Human Resources Management at the Cranfield University in UK.
She has attended several local and international Human Resource Management courses including the Lagos Business School and Harvard Business School.
The Chief Executive Officer of Virgin Nigeria, Conrad Clifford, expressed his joy over the appointment of Olajomi-Otubu and said he believes she would help improve the working force of the company through her knowledge and experiences.
Clifford added that the company recently employed about 1000 employees and hope to increase it to 5000 as the aircraft company expands its operations and facilities across the country.
