Nigeria: Dana Motors Unveils 2009 Kia Optima

The authourised marketer of Kia brand of autos in Nigeria, Dana Motors, has unveiled the face of the 2009 Kia Optima known as “the Optima Face Lift” with the hope of 81% sales record.
The Optima face lift has a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder engine and the standard safety features on the 2009 front-wheel-drive Optima include air bags; front active headrests; traction control and 4-wheel anti-lock brakes with brake assist.
In addition to its specifications are leather-wrapped steering wheel with tilt and telescopic functions, automatic temperature control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror featuring “Homelink” and an 8-way power adjustable driver’s seat.
Mr. Chetan Mehan, Marketing Manager, Dana Group, said the new Optima comes with a completely modified exterior, offering a more dynamic style than the previous models and fitted with a new engine that provides more power and better fuel economy.
He said the new model has an enlarged fog lamps and lower front grille, a narrow and sharper headlamps and a new front, side and rear styling cues.
Mehan added that the company is targeting a higher sales of the new model compared to the current Sedan car.
