Human Resources Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate should be a prime over in formulating and implementing the company’s policies and programmes in manpower planning, career development, job placements, skill development, performance appraisal, reward system, discipline welfare and related matters.

REQUIREMENTS

A good first degree in the social sciences or related disciplinesAt least 3 years experienceAn experience in the human resources management positions in reputable organization in the design and implementation of effective HR systemsMust possess sound leadership skills and not more than 30 years of age.

Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops annual budgetControls inventory

Establishes banking policy and ensures prudent fund management

Evaluate financial performance including investment appraisal

Forecast and analyze month cashflow

Prepares financial reportsPrepares final accounts (Trial balance, P&L, Balance sheet etc)

Manage payrollManages fixed assets by establishing adequate accounting and control systems to safeguard the assets of the company

Monitor and maintain general ledger

REQUIREMENTSProven ability to generate and analyze management in formation in good time

Computer proficiency in basic accounting

Strong interpersonal skills

BS.c/HND in accounting with a minimum of 5 years experience preferably in the service sector

Possession of a recognized professional qualification such as ACA will be preferable.

Business Development Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop innovative strategic business plans that meet the business objectives of the company

Manage and expend existing business relationshipsDevelop sales proposal for potential clients

Aggressively pursue new business opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

BS.c/M.Sc in Business Management, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in information technology and /other service industry

Minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated successful outside sales experienceA professional qualification in marketing will be an advantageThoroughness in quality of output

Excellent communication skillsAble to think out of the box
