One of the top 3 Investment Banking and Brokerage institution is in need of qualified candidates to fill the post of Risk Management Officers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Credit administration appraisal and assessment, credit review, and loan and special asset recovery.
Evaluate credit risk and maintain the integrity of the credit reporting system.
Develop strategies to improve non-performing facilities, reduce delinquencies, maximise recoveries and minimise losses. Identify potential problem loans and provide guidance in restructuring and/or minimising losses.
Formulate, revise and implement credit Administration policy, procedures and practices.
Evaluate credit risk and maintain the integrity of the credit reporting system.
RESPONSIBILITIES
First degree in Business Administration, Accounting or other disciplines. Relevant professional qualifications: ACCA, ACA, ACIB.
A team player with excellent team management/leadership skills.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Thorough knowledge of credit analysis, review and administration.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
5-10 years extensive experience in a financial institution with strong emphasis in commercial leading; experience in internal control, compliance and audit.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Integrity and honesty, innovation and creativity.
Broad knowledge of applicable legislation of Nigerian Financial services industry.
