Core functions

• Work with CEO to create Website design for diverse clients.
• Creatively convey message with graphics, typography and interactivity, that complements the existing marketing materials
• Develop online marketing pieces in the form of email template designs for our various clients.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, as well as the discipline to work independently with deadlines.
• Stay abreast of new software applications and design techniques in the industry.

SKILLS SUMMARY

• Proficiency in Flash on the Macintosh platform.
• A Bsc/HND in computer Science and comparable work experience is necessary.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills, thorough attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines, while working both independently and as part of a team.
• Candidate should posses eexperience of working with printers, and other vendors.
• Experience in designing for print, such as marketing material development for promotional work.
• Experience with the design of interactive Flash slideshows, or artistic pieces designed in Flash.
• Talent for motion graphics/animation
• Familiarity with latest browser-based technologies and server-side technologies and frame works (AJAX, Flash. etc.) including corresponding and server-side technologies.
• Good knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash technology, SQL Servers, page design and layout principles, and other programming tools and enhance technologies.
• Proven knowledge of portal development, web standards and search engine optimization.

They are currently looking for a hybrid designer, someone who understands the traditional graphic arts but also has a passion for web design. In this position, you will consult with the CEO to produce new web designs for our clients, build solidly designed, friendly websites in Dreamweaver, and add interactive features using Macromedia Flash. You will work with the CEO on both internal marketing campaigns and client-based marketing.
