Management Science for Health Needs an Art Advisor

The Leadership Management and Sustainability (LMS) Program of Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is a USAID funded program and its goals in Nigeria is to strengthen the management and leadership capacity of Nigerian networks and direct-service organizations delivery HIV/AIDS services, including non-governmental organizations (NGO) and Faith Based Organizations (FBO) and Private Voluntary Organizations (PVO). It therefore needs the service of a ART Advisor.
LMS-ACT seeks to recruit a qualified health/medical professional to fill the position of Anti-retroviral Therapy (ART) Advisor. This is a senior position to base in Abuja and reporting to the leadership on ART for the LMS-ACT project in a manner that strengthens integrated delivery of comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention and control efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
Post graduation in Public Health/Medicine.
Extensive knowledge, skills and practice on HIV/AIDS/TB clinical and community service delivery.
Must have knowledge and skill in ART programming in Nigeria.
Experience in programme management and working with public and private sector is desirable.
Experience managing, supervising teaching medical and nursing staff.
Experience with HIV/AIDS programme supported by bilateral agencies such as USAID such as WHO and World Bank preferred, particularly those related to voluntary counseling and testing, prevention of mother-child transmission and care and treatment desirable.
3-5 years of experience in ART.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and fluency in English.
