A leading stock brokerage firm seeks to recruit suitable candidates to fill the following vacant positions:

CONSUMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS
He will be responsible for projecting the company’s image thorough excellent performance and meeting set targets.

REQUIREMENTS
2 years experience in marketing financial services.
Excellent people relations and marketing skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Maximum of 26 years.

OFFICER, CORPORATE FINANCE
He will be responsible for:
Assisting the Head, Corporate Finance.
Execute corporate finance and advisory projects ()public offers, private placements, corporate structuring etc.)
Develop and present financial analysis, strategic plans and proposals to clients.
Support and manage corporate finance negotiations and documentation processes.

REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
M.Sc / professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 1 year professional experience in a similar Organisation.
Dynamic, self-driven and an effective team worker who must possess effective communication and presentation skills.
Not more than 30 years.

FINANCIAL ANALYST
He will be responsible for:
Stock market information gathering and analysis.
Preparing economic and stock market information bulletin and news letter
Equity analysis.

REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc in Economics and Statistics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with a minimum of 2.1
Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, ICAN)
Experience in similar position preferred
Excellent writing, communication and analytical skills
Vast in presenting soft wares.
Not more than 30 years.

STOCKBROKERS
B.Sc (minimum of 2nd class upper), preferred in numerate subjects or any other related degree.
Associate member, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
Possession of ACA, ACCA, or relevant higher degrees may be an added advantage.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a reputable Stockbroking firm.

OFFICER, ACCOUNTS
He will be responsible for:
Bank relationship management and periodic bank risk analysis.
Tax planning and statutory compliance
Preparation of monthly accounts and reports.
Oversee financial, treasury and investment management.
Preparing the company’s financial statements.
Preparing of monthly/quarterly returns to regulatory authourities such as Securities Exchange Commision.

REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc (minimum of 2nd class upper) in Accounting
M.Sc / professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAN) will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a Stockbroking firm.
Maximum of 28 years.
