Senior Regulatory Affairs Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

Registration of company pharmacists and premises

Registration of new chemical entities, renewal of product licences, fresh product registration as well as changes or variations in registered products as assigned in Nigeria and other west African countries.

Obtaining NAFDAC’s approval for advertisements

Providing regulatory strategy for the launch of product assigned

Co-ordinating regulatory inspections

Monitoring and keeping in touch with changes in the regulatory environments

Processing of permit to import and permits to facilitate export business

Vetting and approval of art works and promotional materials

Quality control management with responsibilities for complaints handling, returned goods handling and ensuring good warehousing practices.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must have a minimum of B.Pharmacy and 5 years in regulatory role.

He must possess a good knowledge of pharmaceutical laws relating to drugs and local regulations on nutritional health drinks and oral care.

He must be a computer literate and possess a good people skills.
