The Citizen newspaper has reliably gathered that Mr. Sullivan Chime, the ailing governor of Enugu State whose health was believed to have deteriorated to the point that he may not return to the country alive, is expected back in the country on Monday, December 31. Gov. Chime, had been out of the country since September 19, 2012, and is believed to be receiving treatment in an Indian hospital for an undisclosed ailment.
