According to The Vanguard newspaper, ex-militant leaders in the Niger Delta have threatened to make the oil rich region ungovernable if they were not given the same treatment as their colleagues in phases one and two of the programme. The ex-militants had accused the Special Adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan on Amnesty Programme, Mr. Kingsley Kuku of marginalising some members in the 3rd Phase Amnesty programme.
