The Joint Task Force (JTF) has denied the allegations by Senator Ahmad Zannah, that its security forces shot dead 15 youths playing football in one of its operations in Maiduguri, Borno state. The Director of Army Public Relations, Brig-General Bola Koleosho queried Senator Zannah’s claims, adding that no one in the JTF is capable of such callousness. Zannah is being accused by the JTF of sheltering a Boko Haram commander in his house, an allegation he has since denied.
