Dr. Wale Babalakin, Chairman of the BiCourtney Group of Companies, who was earlier arrested and charged to court for allegedly transferring the sum of N4.7bn, money belonging to Delta State, to Mauritius, to aid the Now convicted former governor of the state, James Ibori in 2006; was today given back his passport by the same court who had earlier ceased the document.

The passport was released to him, so that he would be able to travel to South Africa for medical treatment, as he is presently suffering from ill health.
