Security operatives from the London Metropolitan Police will give evidence against Chairman, Bi-Courtney Highway Services, Dr Wale Babalakin, when he finally goes on trial at a Lagos High Court in Ikeja. The Punch newspaper reports that a senior lawyer privy to the case said Babalakin was among the those investigated by the Met police in the alleged laundering of $4.7 bn on behalf of the convicted former governor of Delta State, James Ibori.
