Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Tuesday, advised President Goodluck Jonathan to engage more dialogue and less force to tackle the Boko Haram insurgency. Obasanjo told the Cable News Network (CNN), in an interview that the Jonathan administration had not been reaching out enough to the violent Islamist sect, and counselled him to use the ”carrot and stick” strategy to deal with the sect.
