The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in a press statement signed by its National Publicity Secretary, Olisa Metuh, Wednesday, congratulated the opposition parties for the successful merger and formation of a new political party, All Progressive Congress (APC). Metuh, said the PDP welcomes the development as an indication that the nation’s democracy has come of age and is deepening.
