The Dean of the School of Basic Medical Sciences of the  University of Benin, Professor Isaiah Ibeh, Tuesday, announced the development of a new drug which he said can ‘cure’ HIV and AIDS. Prof Ibeh told reporters in Benin that the herbal drug, Deconcotion X (DX)–Liquid or Bioclean 11, had undergone “series of successful tests” both in Nigeria and the United States, and is a possible cure for HIV/AIDS.
