That is why the passing of the new Petroleum Industry Bill is imperative to the future economic prospects of the country. Unfortunately, the majority of Nigerians are uneducated as to the revolutionary impacts that deregulation of the industry will have on the proper functioning of this critical sector to the Nigerian economy.
