AC laments poor state of Ekiti hospitals – The Nation

November 19, 2009 by Bunmi Awolusi

The Action Congress (AC) yesterday lamented the state of medical facilities in Ekiti state.

It blamed the government for the decayed infrastructure in the teaching hospital over which workers are on strike.

In a statement entitled: ‘’The decayed infrastructure in Ekiti teaching hospitals,’’ the party said: ‘’The lies of Ekiti Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) inept regime had been exposed with the latest work–to-rule of the illusory State Teaching Hospital medical personnel over decayed and obsolete medical facilities.

The statement signed by the Director of Communications, Kayode Fayemi Campaign Organisation, Yemi Adaramodu, said it had earlier alerted the public that the state healthcare delivery system is in an emergency situation, heading towards morbidity under a regime of insensitive interlopers.
