Edo CJ’s death natural – Police – Daily Trust

There was no foul play in the death of Edo state Chief Judge Justice Michael Edokpayi, the Police have said.
Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command yesterday classified Justice Edokpayi’s death under Sudden and Natural Death.
Edokpayi, aged 61was found dead in his hotel room at the Nicon Luxury Hotel, Area 11, Garki, Abujaon Tuesday .
He was in Abuja to attend the annual All Judges Conference which started on Monday.
Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) FCT Command Jimoh Moshood, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) said since there was no suspicion of foul play, police is investigating the case of Sudden and Unnatural Death (SUD).
