EFCC arraigns Atuche, Ojo in court today – The Nation

The sacked managing directors of Bank PHB and Spring Bank, Messrs Francis Atuche and Charles Enaholo Ojo will be arraigned today before a Federal High Court in Lagos.
The Nation learnt yesterday that they would be arraigned on a 26-count charge filed earlier this week by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The duo had been in the commission’s custody for about two weeks.
They are facing charges bordering on the granting of unsecured loans and allegations of abuse of office.
An EFCC source who, pleaded for anonymity, said: “We are going to arraigned them on a single charge of 26 counts.
