Kidnapped Niger Perm Sec may be in Lagos- Police – Daily Trust

Seventy-two hours after the Niger State Permanent Secretary, Youth Affairs and Strategy Alhaji Adamu Umar was kidnapped, the state police command has said his abductors may have taken him to Lagos .
“Our intelligence report has revealed that that the kidnapped permanent secretary may have been moved from Kaduna to Lagos State as his abductors are said to be contemplating on moving him far away”, he said.
Zoukumor assured the government and people of Niger that he would be home bound soon as he stated that the team sent after the victim and his abductors would not rest until he is released in good health. The commissioner who was speaking with pressmen in Minna yesterday said the police had all the necessary equipment to track dawn the kidnappers.
