NBA, NJC Face-off Deepens – Daily Independent

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has given its representatives an ultimatum of 14 days to quit the National Judicial Council (NJC) or face disciplinary action.
A statement issued to this effect by NBA National Publicity Secretary, Muritala Abdul-Rasheed, after the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting in Port Harcourt, condemned the insistence of such nominees who cling onto the NJC despite the expiration of their terms.
