NDDC: Group hails Yar’Adua over nominee – The Nation

The oil-bearing communities of Ondo State have described the nomination of Mr. Benson Enikuomehin to the board of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) as “laudable.”
President of Ilaje Elite, Mr. Olayeye Loto, said President Musa Yar’Adua has again proved “his commitment to the development of the Niger Delta with the caliber of men he nominated.”
“This is the first time appointments are being made with due consultations with the representatives of the people, and it happens because Mr. President stood his ground,” he said.
