Police await autopsy on killed CAC official – Daily Trust

The Police said the autopsy result of the late Assistant Director of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Abubakar Umar Abba, who was assassinated would aid further investigation into the case.
The remains of Abba’s body were found inside his car last Thursday along Dan Suleiman Street in Utako, Abuja.
Abba,a special assistant to CAC’s Registrar- General Bello Mahmud, was shot in the head and set ablaze in his car by unknown gunmen.
Police Public Relations Officer FCT Command Jimoh Moshood told Daily Trust, “We are not leaving anything to chance, results of the autopsy will be studied and analysed to further determine the cause of death.” Moshood also said the police were investigating the case beyond fatal accident and “we will leave no stone unturned in resolving the matter and making sure justice is done.”
