Borno State Police Command has arrested three National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members serving in the state for alleged cult activities.
They have since been demobilised from the service year over the alleged offence, the state Commissioner of Police, Ibrahim Abdu, has stated.

A police constable serving under the Borno State Police Command who robbed a pastor was later apprehended by citizens while attempting to rob another person near a rail bridge along Wulari Primary School in Maiduguri, Daily Trust learnt yesterday. He was caught in the same area where he robbed the pastor last week, using his service pistol.
