A Federal High Court, Lagos yesterday warned all parties in the cases involving the sacked bank chiefs to refrain from making media comments on the issues before the court.
The judge, Justice Ibrahim Auta, said making comments on matters before the court was prejudicial and that it was only in Nigeria that such a thing was possible not minding the consequences and legal implications.

Intercontinental Bank Plc has once again demonstrated its strength in the e-payment business by emerging winners of the Best e-payment Bank of the year and Best e-payment Team of the year awards.
The awards, organised by InterSwitch Limited at the Annual Techno Interactive Conference held in Calabar, Cross River State last week, were won based on the bank’s market dominance and leadership of the domestic card and channels business in the Nigerian e-payment industry.
