Governor in the country have been blamed by the Chief Justice of Nigeria (NJC), Idris Legbo Kutigi, for the on-going strike by judiciary workers.
He said their failure to implement the recommendations of the National Judicial Council (NJC) was responsible for the current crisis.

As the strike embarked upon by judiciary workers under the aegis of Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) enters its second week today, Oyo State Chairman of the union, Bayo Obisesan, has vowed that unless government acceded to their demands, the workers would not return to work.
