Fashola presents N429.59bn 2010 Budget – The Nation

An 429.6billion budget, which will ensure the completion of old projects and encourage “viable” initiatives was presented yesterday by Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola (SAN).
The presentation at the House of Assembly was witnessed by top government officials, party chieftains and business leaders.

Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola (SAN) has urged supporters of the Action Congress (AC) to shun reports that he plans to defect to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Speaking yesterday at the opening of a skills and vocational training centre in Ikorodu, Fashola said he had no intention to leave AC for the PDP which he described as having a leaking roof.
