Fulani Herdsmen have been attacked in Adayi and Loko areas of Nasarawa local government area of Nasarawa state.
DAILY TRUST reports that 20 Herdsmen were killed and 83 cows slaughtered by attackers from the riverine areas of Benue and Nasarawa states.
Ismaila Numa who is the spokesperson of the state police confirmed the attack. He however said the command only got report of the killing of the cows but could not ascertain the killing of the herdsmen.
Fulani leaders are blaming Agatu youths for the attack.
