Speaking during a special church program, Adeboye recounted how the woman, a senior official at WAEC, visited his office years ago and confidently declared that God had revealed he was her husband. Despite his firm rejection and explanation that he was married, she remained adamant.
The situation escalated when she went as far as threatening Adeboye’s wife, claiming she would eliminate her if she did not allow the marriage to happen. Concerned about the woman’s persistence, Adeboye reported her to the police and involved her husband, but she refused to back down. Even after being warned by authorities, she remained undeterred.
