Popular Instagram influencer, Pride Evy, shared her insights on the Honest Bunch podcast, hosted by OAP Nedu. She claimed that married men who publicly criticize women for sharing revealing photos on Instagram often privately message those same women to express their interest. According to Pride Evy, when a married man condemns a woman's choice of attire or poses, it's often a signal of attraction.
She further mentioned that these men might even engage in such behavior in front of their wives, but as soon as they have privacy, they slide into the women's direct messages. When asked about the extent of this phenomenon, she estimated that around 65% of Lagos' married male population privately messages her.
Pride Evy also discussed how these men might post photos with their wives on their public Instagram profiles but prefer to use Snapchat for more discreet communication to avoid leaving any evidence on the app.
