VeryDarkMan, the well-known activist, recently shared that his newly established non-governmental organization (NGO) has raised over N33 million in donations within just 24 hours. He made this announcement on Instagram, outlining the NGO’s mission to enhance community development and improve public school systems.

In a follow-up post, VeryDarkMan revealed a screenshot showcasing the total amount raised, which included donations as small as N22 and N50. He expressed gratitude towards his supporters, highlighting the significant contributions made despite many individuals facing financial difficulties. “If I tell you how much is in that account now, you wouldn’t believe it,” he said, noting that the majority of donations came from contributions of N500 or less.

This remarkable response illustrates a strong sense of community support for his initiatives. VeryDarkMan acknowledged the heartfelt contributions, stating, “The love is massive.” His NGO's launch comes amid various controversies involving public figures such as Bobrisky and rapper Falz, as well as officials from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
