The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has confirmed that over 3,000 delegates are expected at its national convention scheduled for April 14 in Abuja. National Publicity Secretary Bola Abdullahi accused authorities of frustrating efforts to use Eagle Square and the Moshood Abiola National Stadium Velodrome.
