Bobrisky has condemned the EFCC's request for public sympathy following the death of one of its officers in a raid in Anambra. He criticized the agency for being hypocritical, sharing his personal experiences of harassment and alleging mistreatment during a previous investigation. Bobrisky also praised the police for being better.

Bobrisky has publicly criticized the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) following the death of one of its officers during a raid in Anambra State. The EFCC had called for public sympathy after the officer was fatally shot while attempting to arrest a suspected fraudster. In response, Bobrisky took to his Instagram stories, accusing the EFCC of hypocrisy. He slammed the commission for asking Nigerians to show empathy while he considered them the "most wicked" individuals in the country.

Bobrisky shared his personal experience, claiming he had been harassed by EFCC officials during an investigation into a Naira abuse petition last year. He alleged that the EFCC had accused him of money laundering and even searched his home. He argued that the police were far more professional and humane compared to EFCC agents. Bobrisky’s comments have sparked a heated debate, with many expressing support for his stance on the matter.
