Suspected Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorists attacked the Nganzai Divisional Police Headquarters in Borno State at about 1 am on Saturday, killing four police personnel and a hunter. Police spokesperson ASP Nahum Kenneth Daso said the attackers deployed Rocket-Propelled Grenades (RPGs), causing damage to a section of the station and partially burning an unserviceable Armoured Personnel Carrier. In a related incident, terrorists also attacked Malam Fatori IDP Camp in Damasak town, destroying 20 thatched houses. Security forces repelled both attacks.
