A 24-year-old man, Yunusa Isa, has been arrested by the Yobe State Police Command for allegedly killing his business partner, Lawan Adamu, to avoid repaying a N500,000 loan. The victim, aged 28, was found dead on the outskirts of Damaturu on September 15, 2024, with deep cuts to his throat and multiple stab wounds. Authorities also recovered a blood-stained knife at the scene of the crime.
