Idris Okuneye, known as Bobrisky, expresses a desire to return to Kirikiri Correctional Centre, describing his prison term as a "vacation." Released after six months for abusing the naira, he remains defiant, asserting he will continue to spray money at events, now opting for dollars instead.

Controversial figure Idris Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky, has expressed a desire to return to Kirikiri Correctional Centre, which he describes as a vacation. After serving six months for abusing the naira by spraying it at parties, Bobrisky spoke candidly on the show “Curiosity Made Me Ask,” hosted by Bae U Barbie. Released on August 5, 2024, he was sentenced without the option of a fine by Justice Abimbola Awogboro on April 12.

During the interview, Bobrisky characterized his jail time as a time for rest and reflection, stating, "I think their decision was okay for me." He expressed defiance against the punishment, arguing, “It’s funny to me. Everything happened like a movie. I spent my own hard-earned money, and I was sentenced to where we have a lot of criminals."

Bobrisky emphasized that he does not see himself as an ex-convict, arguing that he should not be punished for his lifestyle choices. He further declared his intent to continue spraying money at events, albeit only in dollars going forward.

This perspective has sparked mixed reactions online, with some followers applauding his resilience while others criticized his views. Bobrisky remains unapologetic, reinforcing his identity and asserting that he will not be broken by societal judgments or legal consequences.
