Two female polytechnic students have been arrested and are under investigation for the alleged murder of a nightclub owner during a sexual encounter. The suspects, identified as Joseph Joy Adanma and Vandora Oreoluwa Favour, are accused of tying up the victim, Mr. Adeniyi Ojo, stealing his belongings, and ultimately killing him during the course of their sexual activity.
The Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, announced the arrests and provided details of the operation. The suspects were tracked and apprehended by operatives from the Force Intelligence Tactical Team and the Intelligence Special Tactical Squad in Mowe Ibafo, Ogun State.
Adanma Joseph, one of the suspects, confirmed the police's account of the incident during her statement to the press. She explained that they initially intended to steal from the victim, who had expressed a desire to have sexual relations with both her and her friend, Favour Vandora Davies. However, during the encounter, the man died.
The suspects claimed they did not realize he had passed away when they left with his phone, assuming he was merely pretending to be asleep. They expressed regret for their actions. The investigation is ongoing, and the suspects may face legal consequences for their alleged involvement in the death of the nightclub owner
